How to access and download WSQ OpenCert/Statement of Attainment?

Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents / Foreign Identity Number (FIN) Holders

1. Visit MySkillsFuture.gov.sg
2. Click on ‘Access E-Services’.
3. Select ‘Download Certificates’ and you will be prompted to log in.
4. Log in via Singpass and you will be redirected to the Careers & Skills Passport page, where you can view your list of learning records.
5. Click on the specific record and click on the download icon to download the respective certificates. For OpenCerts, a new browser tab for https://OpenCerts.io will open where you can view your OpenCert record.
6. Click on the “Print” button.
7. Indicate “Save as PDF” in the destination.
8. Under Pages: select “All”.
9. Under Layout: select “Portrait”.
10. Select “Save” to download a PDF copy of the certificate.
11. Click “Save” to obtain a PDF copy of your digital certificate

Foreign trainees without Singpass

Foreign trainees without Singpass can retrieve their WSQ Statement of Attainment from MySkillsFuture portal HERE by entering the relevant information and Institution UEN: 200103238E.
