Overview

As of 1 January 2026, all Risk Management (RM) implementation audits in Singapore must adhere to the revised RM Audit Checklist. This high-standard audit is mandatory for all companies applying for or renewing bizSAFE Level 3, Level 4, and STAR certification.

The 2026 framework has “raised the bar” significantly, introducing 28 Main Audit questions, 5 Audit Highlights, and 34 Interview References. Key new requirements include:

• Mandatory Speed Limiter Verification: Auditors will now strictly verify speed limiter installation and maintenance for lorry fleets (effective 1 Jan 2026).
• Expanded Risk Categories: Inclusion of work-organization factors, individual health risk factors, and mental health considerations.
• SGSecure & Terror Threats: Enhanced focus on managing security and terror-related risks within the workplace.

Objective

This 1-day intensive workshop is designed to remove the “guesswork” from your upcoming audit. Our objective is to empower your team to:

1. Interpret Every Question: Understand the “intent” behind each audit question.
2. Conduct a Gap Analysis: Identify missing evidence or documentation in your current RM system before the audit.
3. Hands-on Workshops: Participate in practical sessions to develop new plans, policies, and templates that meet the 2026 standards. Our Virtual Classroom setting allows teams to share digital documents in real-time for immediate review and feedback by our Trainer (practising WSH Auditor).
4. Audit Readiness: Group discussions to ensure your team can confidently handle auditor interviews.

Who Should Attend?

To ensure effective implementation, we recommend that Risk Management (RM) and Risk Assessment (RA) Leaders attend together. This includes:

• Managers/HODs of Operations, Engineering, and Logistics.
• HR Professionals (for mental health and appraisal-linked safety).
• Safety and Security Officers.
• Recommended: Attend as a team to align your documentation and procedures in real-time.

The Virtual (Zoom) format is ideal for regional teams or multi-site managers to align their RM standards without the need for travel.

Pre-requisites

Participants must have completed the “bizSAFE level 2 Risk Management Course“. We strongly recommend that this be completed recently to ensure familiarity with the latest WSH (Risk Management) Regulations.
