This training room rental Bugis MRT location is just outside the CBD — no ERP or CBD entry charges. Unlike venues in the Downtown Core, driving here doesn’t cost you anything extra during peak hours. For parking, we recommend Sultan Gate URA carpark, directly opposite the hotel — a flat 60 cents per 30 minutes, far more affordable than parking at The Plaza itself.

  1. We are centrally located in the heart of Singapore, just outside of CBD, at Beach Road.
  2. Our training room is in the The Plaza office block which is interconnected to Parkroyal Hotel on Beach Road. Your attendees may enter from the hotel entrance and walk to the hotel rear interconnecting link to the office block.
  3. Easily accessible by MRT, bus, car or taxi (taxi stand at Parkroyal Hotel on Beach Road):
  • Nicoll Highway Mass Rapid Transit Station: 7-minutes’ walk
  • Bugis Junction Shopping Mall and Mass Rapid Transit Station: 10 minutes’ walk
  • Ample parking in the vicinity, from URA parking along Beach Road and other side roads, to The Plaza multi-storey car park.
  1. We aim to give you a value-for-money, no-frills room rate in a classy and cosy ambience. LCD projector with remote control, hot water dispenser and WIFI access are provided. 
  2. The room is set up in a classroom layout.
  3. Set up of any other types of seating arrangements can be done on your own ½ hour before use and must be reinstated to the original seating after use.  Charges for reinstatement will be levied upon failure to do so.
  4. You may use your own caterer.
  5. Upon checkout, please clean up the training room and reception area and dispose of garbage bag, and replenish with a new garbage bag for the next user. In the event that the room and/or pantry area are not cleaned and garbage is not cleared at checkout, charges for extra cost of cleaning will be levied.
