Our Risk Management Consultancy is catered to assist organisation in setting up the Risk Management System to meet either bizSAFE Level 3 Audit requirement or compliance to Risk Management Regulation.
Packaged to suit your organisation structure, work process, our consultant will assist you in the following:
Our consultancy works alongside your appointed Risk Management Leader and Risk Assessment Leader (s). If your RM Leader or RA Leader has not yet attended the bizSAFE Level 2 course, we recommend completing this WSQ-certified training first to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Advising on setting up a Risk Management and/or Assessment Team
- Conduct a short training for the Risk Assessment Team members
- Conduct workplace inspection to assess your work process
- Reviewing the Risk Assessment & Other safety documents
- Tutoring your team on the Risk Management process
- Advisory on other safety implementation that is required
