VENUE USE & BOOKING CONDITIONS

We aim to give you a value-for-money, no-frills room rate in a classy and cosy ambience. LCD projector with remote control and WIFI access are provided.

The room is set up in a classroom layout.

Set up of any other types of seating arrangements can be done on your own 1/2 hour before use and must be reinstated to the original seating after use. Charges for reinstatement will be levied upon failure to do so.

You may use your own caterer.

Upon checkout, please clean up the training room and reception area and dispose of garbage bag, and replenish with a new garbage bag for the next user. In the event that the room and/or pantry area are not cleaned and garbage is not cleared at checkout, charges for extra cost of cleaning will be levied.

QWhat's included in the training room rental rate?

Classroom-style tables and chairs, a projector and projection wall, high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning during building operating hours, and access to a pantry and reception area — all included in the rate.

QCan I bring my own caterer to the training room?

Yes, you're welcome to use your own caterer for your event.

QCan the room be set up in a different layout, like seminar or boardroom style?

The room comes set up in classroom style by default. You can rearrange the seating yourself up to half an hour before your session, but it must be reinstated to the original classroom layout afterward — charges apply if it isn't.

QIs the training room near an MRT station?

Yes — it's a 10-minute walk to Bugis MRT and a 7-minute walk to Nicoll Highway MRT, located at The Plaza on Beach Road.

QIs parking available near the training room?

Sultan Gate URA carpark nearby is a more economical option than parking at The Plaza itself, and there are no ERP charges since the location is outside the CBD.

QIs the room air-conditioned on weekends?

The Plaza's central air-conditioning doesn't run on Sundays or public holidays, and only until around 1pm on Saturdays. Three portable air conditioners are provided in the room for use outside those hours.
